Manhattan office of our client seeks partner with 5+ years of experience good at legal services in finance, private equity, international business and company listing.The candidate will serve in business development and team management. Must preferably have LL.B or above (unified enrollment; first-tier universities), overseas background. Should be specialized in banking business, more than two long-term stable clients that are the branches of city-level banks or above are required; for partners engaged in international business, more than three long-term stable clients that belong to Top 500 Companies or large foreign trade enterprises. Experience of IPO and signature of more than two stocks approved by the CSRC is required.
