The position is ideal for candidates comfortable overseeing matters with limited supervision and working directly with partners, senior associates, and clients.

Duties

• Represent clients in complex corporate M&A transactions.
• Oversee M&A matters with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with partners, senior associates, and clients.
• Engage in business development activities.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant M&A experience.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience in early-stage financing is a plus.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
