A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney in New York. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 120 litigation cases, including motor vehicle, premises liability, and general negligence accidents. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client service while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Duties

• Uphold client and firm confidentiality.
• Interact with clients regularly to keep them informed about their case progress.
• Perform file reviews to efficiently advance cases.
• Identify and comply with statutes of limitation.
• Draft and file complaints, pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Conduct and attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Maintain professional standards towards the firm and its clients.

• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.

Certifications
