A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its team in Naples, FL. This role offers an opportunity to work with a nationally recognized firm, providing support for relocation and Florida bar admission for candidates outside the state.

Duties

• Lead trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
• Argue motions and manage depositions, including expert witnesses.
• Participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
• Manage complex litigation files and supervise client relationships.
• Lead commercial litigation cases effectively.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in business and commercial litigation.
• Proven success in business development with a substantial portable book of business.
• Strong skills in trial advocacy and legal writing.
• Experience in construction defect litigation preferred.
• Admission to the Florida bar or willingness to obtain it.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligible for admission.

• High level of responsiveness and ability to manage client relationships.
