Duties

• Manage assigned matters using the firm's case management software.
• Conduct court appearances and travel as required.
• Provide superior client care and proactive communication.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Mississippi State Bar.
• 0-5 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA.
• Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership of the Mississippi Bar.
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
