Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks attorney with 1 year of experience in immigration law. The candidate will represent clients in Immigration Courts (detained and non-detained) with asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, or any other applicable relief. Will represent client before USCIS and ICE. Represent minors in probate court or family court to obtain predicate orders supporting SIJS. Conduct client intake and consultations; conduct community outreach by attending events and participating in workshops. Should preferably be licensed in California. The ability to speak, read, and write fluent in Spanish is required. Must have a strong interest or background in immigration law. Must preferably have taken immigration law classes or have practiced immigration law.
