A law firm seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Chattanooga, TN. Duties

• Participate in Section 337 ITC cases.
• Address ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry and remedies.
• Collaborate with attorneys on legal strategies and actions.
• Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.

Requirements

• Experience in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
• Familiarity with ITC's Rules of Practice and Procedure.
• Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license.
