Requirements

• Juris Doctorate with 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
• Active member in good standing of the Connecticut Bar.
• Passion for advocating employees' rights and interest in employment litigation.
• Knowledge of civil rights laws and state/local employment laws.
• Results-oriented and a team player.
• Commitment to high-quality, accurate written work.
• Availability during core business hours for remote duties.

• Juris Doctorate
