The candidate should have a preparation of probate pleadings. Preparation of Federal estate tax returns. Trust and/or estate accountings. Funding calculations. Should have 5 years of experience in all phases of the administration of trusts & estates. College degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must. Knowledge of related software is a plus. Must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, work independently, and be a team player; excellent written and verbal skills.
