Duties:

• Collaborate with partners and associates on a wide range of corporate matters, including complex transactions.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients in corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
• Contribute to general counsel advice for clients.
• Participate in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements and documents.
• Ensure that all legal work adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate sound judgment while handling high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable legal advice.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law and transactional work.
• Proven experience in providing legal advice to corporate clients and handling significant corporate transactions.
• Strong analytical abilities with the ability to offer fresh perspectives on complex legal issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and high-quality work output.
• Effective communication skills to interact with both clients and colleagues.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana and good standing.
