Duties

• Provide employment law advice and prepare or review employment-related documents.
• Support clients in HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial.
• Monitor legislation, regulations, and case law to provide strategic advice.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff members.
• Organize and monitor client files effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an attorney in employment law.
• Experience in client/employer advice and counseling is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and support a fast-paced department.
• Skilled at meeting strict deadlines under time pressure.
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively and independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
