Duties

• Handle all aspects of general litigation, including product liability, personal injury, toxic tort, construction, commercial, and transportation litigation.
• Conduct superior legal research and draft briefs and legal memoranda.
• Manage court appearances and depositions.
• Maintain strong organizational and time management skills.
• Travel as required for case management.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Ohio; additional state licenses are a plus.
• 2-8 years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as electronic filing and document management systems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
