Job Overview:
A leading international law firm is seeking a full-time eDiscovery Attorney to join its Information Management & eDiscovery practice. This non-partnership track position offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters across a broad client base. The ideal candidate will have experience across all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The role is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in both independent and team-oriented settings.
Location:
Duties:
Manage eDiscovery activities in connection with large-scale, complex litigation matters
Draft and negotiate discovery-related protocols, orders, and agreements
Coordinate with legal teams, clients, and vendors on data collection and review
Create and manage review workflows, including quality control measures
Oversee preparation and delivery of document productions
Develop budgets and estimates for review projects; manage monthly invoicing and revenue forecasting
Train and supervise review attorneys to ensure quality and consistency
Serve as liaison between internal legal teams and external stakeholders during all project phases
Provide strategic input on document review and discovery processes
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery within a law firm, corporate legal department, or government setting
In-depth understanding of all stages of the EDRM
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience with document review platforms and litigation support tools
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.M. from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Admitted to practice law in the state in which you are applying
Active and in good standing with the relevant state bar
Skills:
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
Effective communicator with ability to influence and guide teams
Attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and quality
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and locations
Familiarity with industry-leading eDiscovery software and platforms
Professional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive client matters
