Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm, located in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team. This position offers a hybrid or fully remote working arrangement. The attorney will work closely with the Financial Services Litigation Group, representing clients involved in consumer financial services and products. This opportunity provides the chance to handle cases from initiation through resolution, with ample room to develop litigation skills and expertise in a specialized area. Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation, focusing on consumer financial services and products.
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Independently manage and execute litigation tasks, leveraging experience to effectively contribute to case strategies.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support teams on high-stakes cases.
• Develop a deeper understanding of financial services litigation through ongoing involvement in client matters.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on case progress and provide legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in litigation tasks such as drafting pleadings, discovery, and preparing for trials.
• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

Skills:
