The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel on executive compensation, employment, and benefits matters. Duties:

• Research, analyze, and provide legal advice on executive compensation, employment, and benefits issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of experience in benefits and compensation, preferably in a law firm setting.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree is required; a focus on Tax Law is advantageous.

Certifications:

State Bar admission.
