• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Stay updated on changes in the legal field, relevant laws, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California or eligibility for immediate admission to the California State Bar.
• Experience practicing law, with a demonstrated track record of success in the legal field.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal research skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications:
