Duties

• Advise and represent policyholders in complex insurance matters, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Work on insurance issues across property, casualty, and specialized coverages.
• Collaborate with attorneys nationwide on claims.
• Demonstrate initiative and flexibility to become an expert in insurance law.
• Communicate effectively on sophisticated matters involving large claims.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 2-3 years of experience in litigation or policyholder-side insurance recovery.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and commitment to client service.
• Admission to and good standing with the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
