The candidate will be responding to written discovery and administrative charges, managing e-discovery, briefing dis positive motions, examining witnesses at trial or in arbitration, conducting mediation and settlement conferences, and drafting employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, employment policies and separation and release agreements. Should have mid or large law firm experience in labor and employment related matters. Must bring with them a portable book of business.
