A law firm seeks a Privacy Technology E&O Litigator in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will represent clients in complex litigation involving data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology errors and omissions. They will possess senior-level knowledge of privacy laws and technology transactions, and have a strong litigation background.

Duties

• Represent clients in complex litigation involving data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies in privacy and technology law.
• Handle regulatory investigations and professional liability matters.

Requirements

• Experience in complex litigation involving data privacy and technology E&O.
• Senior-level knowledge of privacy laws and cybersecurity incidents.
• Strong litigation background and experience with regulatory investigations.
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, or respected regional firm (7 years out or more).
• A portable book of $350K is preferred, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Pennsylvania.
