- Senior-level knowledge of privacy laws and cybersecurity incidents.
- Strong litigation background and experience with regulatory investigations.
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, or respected regional firm (7 years out or more).
- A portable book of $350K is preferred, but not required.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the state of Pennsylvania.
