Duties

• Represent debtors, creditors, lenders, and investors in bankruptcy and restructuring cases.
• Engage in out-of-court restructurings and creditor negotiations.
• Handle distressed asset sales and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with team members to support national practice growth.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly navigate complex legal matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.

Skills

• Experience with distressed investing and private credit.
• Proficiency in capital solutions and creditor negotiations.
