Midlevel Capital Markets Associate

The candidate should have 3-7 years of work experience in corporate law, with experience in public company securities offerings and compliance required. Will be working with the corporate practice’s growing capital markets clients, and should be experienced with sophisticated finance transactions, including public and private securities offerings, as well as general corporate and corporate governance matters. Must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Should have previous large law firm experience, strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
