Duties:

• Handle multifaceted commercial litigation matters, including insurance disputes

• Manage case strategy from early-stage investigations to trial and post-trial activities

• Draft advanced pleadings, motions, and memoranda on nuanced legal issues

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare strategic analyses

• Oversee and respond to discovery, including document review and depositions

• Interact with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel on ongoing matters

• Coordinate with internal legal teams to ensure alignment on case objectives

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of litigation experience involving complex legal proceedings

• Previous experience with insurance litigation preferred

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines efficiently

• Strong litigation judgment with a client-focused mindset

• Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active California Bar license required
