FordHarrison LLP, a national labor and employment firm, is seeking an Immigration Associate for its Atlanta office. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ business immigration experience at a general practice or boutique immigration firm. Candidates must possess substantive experience preparing and reviewing H-1B, L-1, TN, E visas and other applications/petitions, PERM Labor Certification and RFE responses. Candidates must also possess experience with I-9 compliance. Consular processing experience would be a plus. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong communication, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Georgia.
