Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.
• Manage transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, and work letters.
• Address development issues related to power, water, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate on zoning, entitlements, and permit processes.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of commercial leasing experience.
• Experience with service level agreements and data center development preferred.
• Am Law 100 firm experience required.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.
