Duties

• Manage state court litigation with a focus on property casualty cases.
• Draft legal documents including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop business acumen alongside legal practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation.
• Proven experience managing state court litigation; federal court experience preferred.
• Admission to the Texas Bar required; additional jurisdictions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
