A law firm seeks a mid-level Litigation Attorney to join their team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused practice. Prior healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus but not required.

Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and settlement discussions.
• Manage deadlines, court filings, and case progression with minimal supervision.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and internal teams.
• Support regulatory and healthcare-related matters as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Barred in Indiana or eligible to become barred.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills.
• Litigation experience within a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Ability to work full-time, in person, in Indianapolis, IN.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Barred in Indiana or eligible to become barred.
