Legal Assistant
The candidate will be responsible for preparing, filing and monitoring all legal actions taken to collect on all delinquent accounts referred to the Legal Department. Monitoring and initiating any actions necessary to protect the Company's interests in relation to any bankruptcies filed by customers. Should have High School Diploma or GED, basic clerical skills, and 1 year legal consumer collection or legal experience preferred. Applicant must be a detail oriented team player, have excellent time management skills and knowledge of court system. Basic computer skills, including typing and internet familiarity are also necessary.
