Duties

• Conduct thorough research, analysis, and interpretation of legal sources such as statutes, regulations, and court decisions.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Monitor case files to ensure compliance with deadlines and investigate facts and legal matters to determine causes of action.
• Assist with document review and analysis.
• Conduct depositions and attend court hearings in various counties and courthouses.

Requirements

• Good standing with the Illinois bar; dual licensure in Missouri is preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Deposition experience, with a preference for experience in Toxic Tort cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois; Missouri licensure preferred.
