Duties

• Manage intellectual property and technology litigation and enforcement matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver legal solutions.
• Develop strategies for complex litigation and enforcement actions.
• Counsel clients on legal risks related to product development.
• Conduct legal research and analysis with strong writing skills.
• Manage the discovery phase of litigation, including e-discovery.
• Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong client-facing skills and teamwork.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in AI, trademark, copyright, false advertising, and/or trade-secret law.
• Strong understanding of the Lanham Act, the Copyright Act, the DMCA, and related laws.
• Trial experience is preferred.
• Willingness to engage with a broad range of legal principles.
• Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
• Superior writing and communication skills.
• Membership in the California State Bar is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
