A law firm seeks a Projects Lawyer to join its Projects Development team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10+ years of relevant experience in construction, procurement, and project development, with flexibility to work from any US office. This role involves working on high-profile projects in renewable energy, energy storage, power generation, and other energy transition technologies.

Duties

• Negotiate engineering, procurement, and construction agreements.
• Handle equipment procurement agreements, including PV, BESS, or turbine procurement.
• Draft operations and maintenance agreements.
• Manage long-term services and other development agreements.

Requirements

• 4 to 10+ years of experience as a projects development lawyer.
• Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage complex project developments.
