The Northwest Center @ Amazon team operates in a fast-paced and demanding corporate environment where we provide professional 5-star customer service across several program divisions. The WORC Auditor is detail-oriented and can identify a range of facilities and maintenance issues in corporate office buildings to ensure standards put in place by Facility Management are met. The WORC team provides facilities audit support, helping Facility Managers observe trends and notate when maintenance and aesthetic standards are not met.\u00A0Cadenced audits capture workspace and building data and is shared with Facilities Management to resolve any discrepancies. Immediately report any suspicious persons, calls and packages to Amazon Corporate Security, NWC supervisors and Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities. May need to carry supplies to other buildings. Requires travel to several Amazon buildings so the ability to walk consistently within a 1.5 radius is required. The position requires standing and mobility around the campus for long periods of time up to the entire length of the shift. Ability to work independently and out of line of sight from other team members for all or part of shift. Ability to work on a tablet/computer. Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language. Ability to see both distance and details at close range, within a few feet of the observer (with or without corrective lenses). Ability to identify and understand the speech of another person (with or without a personal auditory hearing device). Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including occasionally arriving early, staying late on a moment\u2019s notice and occasional evening.
