Duties

• Build and maintain strong attorney-client relationships.
• Manage and prepare litigation docket for trial.
• Conduct depositions, argue motions, and settle cases.
• Collaborate with the Pre-Litigation team for case transitions.
• Represent clients in trials and tell their stories effectively.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years in litigation, with at least 1 year in personal injury cases.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload of auto-related PI cases independently.
• Demonstrable trial experience.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong case management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
