The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting wills and trusts, creating comprehensive estate plans, guiding clients through probate and trust administration, and advising on asset protection strategies. Candidates with an existing book of business and the ability to expand their practice are preferred.

Duties

• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Guide clients through probate and trust administration processes.
• Advise on asset protection and wealth transfer strategies.
• Explain complex legal concepts to clients in clear terms.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate administration.
• Existing book of business preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client connection abilities.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

Education

• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.

Skills

• Detail-oriented and strategic in estate planning.
