Duties

• Handle litigation and dispute resolution for financial institutions, directors & officers' liability, and other insurance lines.
• Engage in marketing and thought leadership through publications and professional associations.
• Collaborate with mentors and participate in business development training.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Admitted and in good standing in the state of application; additional state admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the respective state of application.
