• Attend court hearings, trials, depositions, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients.

• Maintain accurate and organized case files, documents, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in a legal setting.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education and Certifications:
