Duties

• Manage complex energy and natural resources transactional work.
• Handle renewable energy transactions, including M&A and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements such as PPAs and O&M Agreements.
• Engage in procurement contracts for equipment and materials.
• Collaborate on engineering, procurement, and construction contracts.
• Participate in financing transactions in the energy sector.

Requirements

• Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Background in oil and gas is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
