Duties

• Lead and manage sophisticated IP litigation cases in federal court.
• Advise clients on patent and trademark litigation strategies.

• Contribute to the growth of the IP practice group.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of IP litigation experience, primarily in patent litigation.
• Experience in managing all phases of IP litigation.
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships.
• Portable book of business preferred, but not required.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
