Legal Assistant

The candidate should have 5 years of experience supporting insurance defense counsel in a wide variety of cases as well as familiarity with legal terminology, state and federal court filing rules, and law office protocol. Experience preparing legal correspondence, dictation, maintaining files, managing calendars, drafting legal documents, organizing meetings and travel arrangements for attorneys, and providing concierge service for our clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Knowledge of Aderant Total Office a plus.
