A law firm seeks a Regulatory Investigations, Strategy & Enforcement Associate in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience with State Attorneys General, handling civil investigative demands, and engaging in multistate investigations. This role involves advising clients on regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation.

Duties

• Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations.
• Negotiate resolutions and advise on complex regulatory enforcement matters.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices.
• Engage in strategic business development for the practice group.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with State Attorneys General preferred.
• Strong writing skills and publication record or aptitude for thought leadership.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.

Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex investigations and enforcement matters.
