Duties

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
• Research and analyze legal sources and provide written analysis.
• Assist in discovery and attend depositions.
• Support trial preparation and attend trials and hearings.
• Organize and maintain case files and legal documents.
• Meet with attorneys, clients, and professionals to discuss cases.
• Monitor compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team.
• Collaborate with the bodily injury team to serve clients.

Requirements

• Experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
• Spanish language fluency is a plus.
• Empathy for clients is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in becoming a trial lawyer.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar required.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Lexis.
• Experience with Case Management Software is a plus.
