Duties

• Support personal injury cases under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Conduct client intakes and manage depositions.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and evaluate personal injury claims.
• Ascertain experts and provide client guidance through effective communication.
• Conduct medical reviews and negotiate, settle, and litigate cases.
• Participate in trial proceedings.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of legal experience; personal injury experience preferred.
• New Jersey judicial clerkship is a plus.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
