Duties -:Provide legal counsel and representation in various areas of law, including but not limited to litigation, contracts, and compliance.Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and strategy development.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials regarding case developments and legal strategies.Prepare for court appearances by organizing case files, evidence, and witness statements.Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law that may impact client interests or legal practice. SkillsProficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.Exceptional research abilities to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and concise legal documents.Proficient in legal drafting techniques to create enforceable contracts and agreements.
