• Advise on privacy and security representations in M&A transactions.
• Plan and respond to data breach incidents.
• Evaluate cybersecurity and privacy impacts on client businesses.
• Monitor developments in privacy and data protection laws.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in privacy law.
• Growing book of business and ability to handle clients.
• Desire to bring in new business.

Education

• Active California Bar membership.

Certifications

• Credentials in cyber and privacy (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT) preferred.

Skills

• Strong client relationship management.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
• Process building within expanding privacy laws.
