Duties
- Assist with all aspects of litigation, including drafting petitions and discovery.
- Conduct depositions and make court appearances.
- Participate in trial proceedings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust, estate, conservatorship, guardianship, and elder abuse litigation.
- Significant experience in probate and trust litigation before Oregon and California probate courts.
- Licensed to practice in Oregon; California bar admission strongly preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in Oregon (required).
- California bar admission preferred.
Skills
- Strong litigation and drafting skills.
