Duties

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications.
• Conduct due diligence for intellectual property matters.
• Collaborate with team members on litigation and trademark issues.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on intellectual property matters.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Admitted in good standing to a state Bar where the firm has an office.
• Admitted to the USPTO.

Education

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or similar engineering, or computer science.

Certifications

• State Bar admission.
• USPTO admission.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
