The candidate will work closely with partners and other team members on complex business restructuring, reorganization, and insolvency litigation matters. Should have 2+ years of restructuring and reorganization experience working on insolvency litigation matters. Should preferably have some background in and a solid understanding of restructuring practice. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience making appearances in bankruptcy court. Must be licensed to practice law in Florida. Must be able to work with a high volume and varied caseload, prioritize, and have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients/co-workers effectively and efficiently. Must further possess excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye towards detail and the ability to work in a team environment and multi-task. Must also be able to work under pressure and deadlines and be disciplined to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Excelled academically, is a high achiever and self-starter who cares about themselves, the community, fellow team members, and clients, and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
