Duties

• Develop and implement litigation strategies in complex cases.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial.
• Present constitutional arguments clearly and persuasively.
• Handle litigation involving public entities, including cities and counties.
• Conduct electronic discovery and manage law and motion practice.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of litigation experience.
• Experience with public entity clients and government claims procedures.
• Proficiency in state and federal court litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
