Affordable Housing/RE Finance Lawyer
The candidate must have 5 years of experience to join its expanding Affordable Housing and Community Development team. Must have commercial real estate finance experience with a solid understanding of affordable housing and tax credit programs or real estate lending experience. Attorney responsibilities will include working with partners on complex finance transactions, drafting and negotiating loan documents and other transaction documents and due diligence review. Demonstrate superior written and oral communication skills; have excellent academic credentials; possess good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients; be diligent and detail-oriented; and demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively are required.
