Duties:

• Manage all phases of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with precision

• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances

• Engage in legal research using tools such as Lexis and Westlaw

• Mentor junior legal team members and support staff

• Collaborate closely with partners on strategy and trial preparation

• Maintain client communication and ensure excellent service throughout the case life cycles

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law and good standing with a State Bar (Colorado preferred)

• Demonstrated litigation experience in personal injury or a related field

• Solid understanding of civil litigation processes and legal procedures

• Track record of successfully managing cases and working independently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution

Certifications:

• Admission to a State Bar (Colorado Bar membership is advantageous)

Skills:

• Advanced legal writing and drafting capabilities

• Skilled in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

• Strong interpersonal communication for client and team interactions
