• Manage case files and documentation efficiently.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience (desired).
• Proven experience in Third Party, Personal Injury Law, premises liability, insurance defense, etc.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research using tools like Westlaw.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
